Unfortunately, given the handmade nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns and exchanges at this time.  If you have any concerns or queries regarding your order, please email us at hello@billybearco.com and we will do our best to assist you with these.

Our current order processing time is up to 10 business days.  If you require your order urgently, please get in touch and we will do our best to assist you.  You will receive shipping confirmation once your order has been dispatched so you can track the status of your order.  

We offer international shipping to a variety of countries.  If we haven't yet made shipping available to your country, please email us to discuss.
